2019 has been a rollercoaster year. Riding in the 2019 Israel ride and supporting Arava Institue / Hazon will be the peak.

What's it about...
I will be joining a pack of cyclists riding from Jerusalem to Eilat, between 150 and 350 miles, exploring Israel and learning about the work two great organizations, the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies and Hazon.
It all started with exercising in support of mental and physical health, my own and for my family.
Mental Health: Making spin classes at home part of my routine gives me time to sweat and clear my mind and focus on the physical activity at hand. I love riding CitiBike around NYC. I'm new to long distance rides but I know that biking is a true passion of mine, something that I want to incorporate more into my life. Setting the goal of joining the Israel ride is part of pushing myself to bigger and bigger heights - finding achievement and in work and in my personal life.
Family: I'm riding for my family. They support me in everything I do - I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of such a kickass clan. I love you Ema, Abba, Oren, Tanya, Leora (and Eliad!), and of course Dina. This one is for you.
Environment: When it comes to the environment, I believe that protecting our earth is the most important issue of our day. Future generations depend on the amazing work of institutions like Hazon and Arava to find and practice sustainable / innovative solutions to the pressing challenges of climate change.
I have committed to raise at least $3000 towards these causes, and your contribution is greatly appreciated. Would you consider making a donation at whatever level you are able? All contributions are greatly appreciated, even if it's only a share of a link.
Thanks for your support and for joining me on this journey!
