Words seem insufficient to describe this experience. From the tour of Jerusalem's Old City, to the majesty of the Makhtesh, to the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea, every minute of the Ride was phenomenal. I'm sure it will be years before I stop rambling on about this trip.
But there's still work to do. After talking with students at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies, I'm even more convinced that these kids will lead us to a brighter, more peaceful future. So although I've already reached my goal of $3,800 in donations, I would still like to raise more. And when I'm up to $4,100 total, $3,800 will have come from others, and I'll add another $100 of my own money (for the fourth time) to get the overall total to $4,200.
Would you like a more peaceful world? Would you like to see some amazing kids get a chance to build that peaceful world through working on environmental projects that help Israel ... and the rest of the Middle East ... and even the rest of the world? Please consider making a donation at whatever level you are able. Every little bit helps, and all contributions are greatly appreciated.
